Ever had a situation where you need to contact a company, but you can’t find their information. It can be frustrating. We hit that situation this morning, as we wanted to inform a company their auto responder was broken. The problem was the web site had neither a contact page nor a privacy page where contact information is normally displayed. And since no service or software was involved, there wasn’t any EULA. In these instances, we look for other clues from the WHOIS entry for the domain.
